Weather it’s a DER repair requirement, developing a PMA part or manufacturing detail parts to be used on customer developed repairs or EO’s, our team stands fully committed to understanding our customer’s needs and expectations. This allows us to deliver viable solutions in a timely manner and at competitive prices.


We employ a comprehensive suite of in-house capabilities to ensure most of the work stays within our control, this improves turn times and lowers cost. We offer a full range of in-house repair and overhaul capabilities developed and/or implemented at our facilities to solve problems unique to each component. Some of our major in-house capabilities include chemical cleaning & stripping, full NDT line including FPI/FMPI and Ultrasonic Inspection; automated plasma spraying for dimensional restoration and thermal barrier coating application; exotic metal welding; painting and protective coating applications; full dimensional inspection including Coordinate Measuring Machines.


We have a large pool of Overhauled parts in stock and in various stages of the repair process. This allows us to offer compatible exchanges that will dramatically reduce turntime. In addition, we are always willing to evaluate customer requests and tailor a specific pool to accommodate their needs.
